Kenneth R. Hoffman

Ken is the Managing Director and President of Optima Group--a consulting firm providing strategic counsel in the fields of organizational structure, mergers and acquisitions, product development, the competitive environment, and marketing to the leaders of global financial services organizations.

In addition to driving strategy for Optima Group, Ken is directly responsible for Optima Group’s mergers, acquisitions, and consulting practices. He has more than 20 years of experience working with leading investment management institutions. Clients seek his counsel in designing and developing strategic marketing programs for retail, institutional and affluent markets.

Ken is a regular speaker and contributor to financial conferences and the press on a wide range of critical issues facing the investment management industry. He holds a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College and an M.S. from Yale University.
